I am extremely happy with vTECH io! I simply would not be able to function at work without them. They promptly respond to our computer issues and fix them in a timely manner with a limited amount of work interruption. They have been our IT company for several years now and we are completely pleased with their excellent quality of service and knowledge. vTECH io has managed and monitored our firewall since 2017. We count on them to protect our perimeter and inform us of what's happening within our network. Chris and his team are responsive and polite and always bring any issues to a prompt resolution.
